Sunny double room in Archway with garden!

Hello! We have a double room in our 4 person house available from 11th October. The room is on the ground floor and has a big window facing onto the back garden, making it sunny and cosy. We are a 2 min walk to Archway station with great public transport options, and loads of supermarkets and amenities nearby.

THE ROOM

The room has a built-in wardrobe and shelving. Comes with a double bed (with storage underneath) and desk, but can potentially be flexible if you have your own furniture. It gets great afternoon sun!

THE HOUSE

The house is across 3 floors, with the living room and kitchen also located on the ground floor. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs, and there is a full bathroom and a secondary toilet.
We have a big backyard with a garden and lots of space for sitting outside for dinner! It gets loads of sun during the day and is a lovely spot for the summer.
There's loads of room to store a bike outside or BBQ etc!!
The rent for the room is £775.10, and bills (including council tax) typically come to around £130 per month.

THE PEOPLE

We are looking for a fourth flatmate (ideally late 20s - early 30s) who is keen to join a friendly and communal house! We often do shared dinners during the week, and like to have friends over for meals and drinks. We are all busy and would love to find someone who enjoys being social and having a chat, but is also respectful of everyone's schedules.

You'll be living with Liam, 30, who is Canadian, and works in climate policy and enjoys cycling and painting. Jess, 27, is a Bristolian and is a music librarian. She enjoys hikes in the countryside and charity shopping. Ami, 27, is an architectural assistant from New Zealand who enjoys sewing and running.
