Spacious double rooms | Flatshare in Archway

I’m looking for 2 friendly, tidy, and considerate professionals to share my lovely home.

There are two rooms available:

* Large, spacious double room 17sqm – available from late September, as my current flatmate is sadly leaving London.
* Single room 10sqm– it is currently used as a hobby room so available from early September. It’s smaller than the other room but still much larger than the average London bedroom, with plenty of space to live comfortably.

It is a top floor flat on a quiet residential street, extra points for the kitchen view towards the skyline. There is a dining area that’s perfect for sharing meals, working from home occasionally, or simply relaxing.

* Not a party house, but friends and occasional dinners or gatherings are always welcome

The location
Archway is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the Northern line and the Overground, making commuting across London simple. There are plenty of supermarkets, local shops, cafés, and everyday amenities within walking distance, so everything you need is close by.

About me
I’m a landscape architect and enjoy having a home that is calm and comfortable. I’m sociable and always happy to share a meal, have a chat, or hang out from time to time, but I also value personal space and respect everyone’s downtime.
