The location is brilliant for transport links. We are very close to the A1 and Archway station (northern line) is less than 5 minutes' walk. You are also within walking distance of Crouch End with its lovely shops, restaurants and bars. Finsbury park, Holloway Road and Tufnell park are all also very close by.

We're looking for a professional who is clean, tidy and considerate. We like to keep the flat really nice so we want someone who will do the same.

The room is £650/month but this does not include sky, internet and cleaner. With these bills it will cost £700/month. 1 month's deposit required upon agreement of tenency, plus 1 month's rent in advance. 1 month notice period is required when leaving.
