Six to eight minutes walk from Archway tube (Northern line) giving easy access to Camden Town, King's Cross, the City and the West End. Highgate, Crouch End, Stroud Green and Finsbury Park are all within a few minutes bus ride or reasonably walk-able. Holloway Road with numerous shops is a 5 minute walk.

The room is 2.2 x 3.8 m, furnished with a compact double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and basin. The area is very quiet, with no traffic or city noise in the background.

We're looking for a professional ideally, who is friendly, relaxed and reasonably tidy.

The flat has a large kitchen with table and chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, lots of pots n pans etc. and 3 fridges.

In terms of the common areas, in addition to the spacious kitchen, there is a rather small but comfy TV room (cable TV) in a little conservatory extension adjoining this which leads out to a balcony patio.

The main bathroom has a powerful shower and bath and an additional small shower room downstairs and a guest toilet next to this.

The rent includes all utilities, WiFi and a weekly cleaner for the common areas.

No deposit is taken, but the first two month's rent are to be paid before move in and thereafter every month in advance.
