2 furnished bedrooms available in a spacious three floor, four bedroom town house in Archway. Our house features 1 full bathroom, separate WC, washing machine, a back patio and a nicely sized kitchen for communal dining.

The smaller bedroom (Bedroom 1) is 10'10"x5'11" and comes furnished with a double bed and dresser. £619/month (includes rent, utilities and council tax)

The master bedroom (Bedroom 2) is 15'4"x10'11" and comes furnished with a double bed, dresser and desk. £710/month (includes rent, utilities and council tax)

Additionally, you will be responsible for a £75 agent's fee and £862. 50 security deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of your contract.

You may apply as a pair for both bedrooms or as a single for one of the bedrooms.

You will be sharing the town house with 2 friendly 30 year old women ( a travel specialist and a print designer).

Both rooms are available starting June 15th. Move-in dates are negotiable.
