Crouch End Double Room Private Bathroom and Garden

Two bedroom ground floor apartment on a lovely road close to the shops and Broadway of Crouch End. This is a multi level ground floor spacious flat with very high ceilings and lovely secluded garden. One double bedroom available with own private bathroom. Recently refurbished, the flat in in immaculate condition.

One other room with ensuite, flat is very spacious though and great for sharing. I love Crouch End and being so near to shops/cafes/restaurants. I am looking for a responsible flatmate, someone who cleans up after themselves, is respectful and mindful.

Transport is great. Archway Station is about 15 mins walk. Finsbury Park station is about a 20 minutes walk, though I tend to get the bus if I'm going to that station (9 mins on the W7). The bus stop is 2-3 minutes walk. Crouch Hill station (overground) is a 5/10 minute walk. Highgate station is nearby also.
