- large communal garden to the back of the property - barely used by the other flats but great for barbecues or if you're into a bit of gardening
- downstairs basement has private storage large enough for bikes/furniture if you require
- the entire flat is well decorated and maintained and has wood floors, stand alone shower and claw foot bath, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, tv, dishwasher, etc
- communal areas and garden are maintained three times a week by building management
About us:
- My names Charlotte and I’ve owned this flat since 2014. I live here half the year with my small dogs (Alan and Tina), the rest of the year I am in France or Wales. I work as a data scientist, mostly remotely.
- Marie has been living here for 4 years and works in marketing and strategy, she is (unfortunately for us) moving to Scotland in August.
- Sarah has been here for over a year and works in therapy and as a yoga instructor
- Katie has just moved in and works as a personal trainer.
The finances:
The rent above includes ALL bills (i. e. council tax, water, electricity, gas, fibre broadband, TV license).
- We are looking for a like-minded professional who appreciates a beautiful and peaceful home as much we do (and ideally likes dogs!).
