Spacious room in central Balham

Sadly one of our trio is moving to Paris and we are looking for a fun and easy going person to join us in our homely flat in the heart of Balham.

We are in an awesome spot, super close to the train station (overground and underground), 7 min walk from Tooting Bec Common, a one minute stroll from a big Sainsbury's and pubs in all directions.

The room itself is great - nice and spacious. (People have cartwheeled successfully in here, whilst fully furnished) It comes with a bed, bedside table, desk, clothes rail and drawers.

We are looking for someone who has a good sense of humour, doesn't stay cooped up in their room all of the time (however we also enjoy Netflix in our own rooms too), enjoys a bevvie and is clean, tidy and considerate.

The current housemates are Ian and Evie - Ian is Irish and 27. Evie is 25, slightly less exotic being originally from bucks... We're both professionals and work regular hours.

The room is available from the 1st Feb, we’re slightly flexible on the move in date. However we do want to find someone sooner than later, as we want to get referencing under way.
