Cozy, single room full of character

This is a ground floor single room in a Victorian terraced house. AS the room is adjacent to the entrance corridor, it would NOT SUIT light sleepers.

I am a live in landlord and have created a friendly home which I now share with two other lodgers. We all get on very well together, respect each other's space but also organise occasional times when we eat and socialise together. The room would suit someone who is happy in their own company but also willing to be part of a household community, respecting the home we share. I would like to find someone who will treat my home as their home and not just as a place to rent.

The loft space (currently occupied by a lodger) is a self contained space and therefore the rest of the house amenities are shared between three people (kitchen, bathroom, garden, living room etc). Washing machine and tumble drier available

The room is fully furnished with a single bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, Victorian roll top desk and a leather office swivel chair. The curtains are a blackout material.

All bills and fibre wifi included in the rent.

The house is situated on a friendly and safe street on the popular Hydefarm Estate, and is easy walking distance to the local shops, bars, restaurants and train station. We also have Tooting Common at the end of our street with the Lido about a 15 minute walk away. Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common are always within walking distance. On street parking is available

I am looking for a friendly and respectable individual who is looking for a home and not just a room to rent for a few weeks as the house is being sold and the room has become vacant. I do not have a moving date but it will be sometime mid April
