Friendly flatmate wanted for 4 bed in Balham

Two of our current housemates have decided to move out to live with their girlfriends. Myself, Emma, and my sister, Amy, have found another girl for one of the rooms, so we are looking for a 4th housemate!

We have a 4 bedroom house on Hydethorpe Road in Balham which we have lived in for 3 years. It has;
• 4 double bedrooms
• Lounge
• Kitchen/diner
• 2 bathrooms
• Garden
The price of the room available would be £710 excluding bills.

So we are ...
Emma: 30, from Newcastle, lived in London for 6 years and works in payments.
Amy: 27, lived in London for 3 years and works for a sports brand.
Kathryn: 26, from Oxford and works in payments (with Emma!)

We all do some kind of sport and like doing the usual stuff like going for dinner/drinks!
We’re all tidy and extremely friendly and would like to find someone who we get along with.
