📍 A lovely little home with fantastic transport links - bus stop outside, 15 minute walk to Balham station and the northern line or 20 minute walk to Clapham South. Also a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Tooting Common!

👯‍♀️ We are Lindsey and Tish and we're looking for someone who wants a home rather than a space to crash.

🛏️ A small double room with a beautiful large window with soooo much built in storage. The pictures really don’t do it justice! £750 per month. The past housemate was a musician and had her piano in there, but we also have a fold up desk you could use to work from home. Previous housemates have happily worked from home.

You would be sharing the bathroom with Tish. The bathroom has two showers so you will have one to yourself (a rarity in London). There are also heated floors to keep your toes warm in the winter months.


Very close to lovely yoga/pilates studios called Revive, Reformer and MoreYoga if you’re into that! There are also lots of gyms.
Bills not included but approx £120 a month
We have a lovely private landlord = no reference fees! But does require references as he wants to make sure you can pay the rent and on time!
