A lovely little home with fantastic transport links - bus stop outside, 15 minute walk to Balham station and the northern line or 20 minute walk to Clapham South.

We are Lindsey and Tish and we're looking for someone who wants a home rather than a space to crash. It’s been a sociable independent and happy flat and we're looking for someone who love to go for the occasional flat night out or in eating and watching the latest drama.

Bedroom
It's a small double room and the perfect combination of bright in the day with a beautiful large window and warm and cosy at night with soooo much built in storage. The pictures really don’t do it justice
£750 per month.

You will be sharing the bathroom with another flatmate and any guests. The bathroom has two showers so you will have one to yourself (a rarity in London). There are also heated floors to keep your toes warm in the winter months.

Bills not included but approx £120 a month
We have a lovely private landlord = no reference fees! But does require references as he wants to make sure you can pay the rent and on time!
