Big double/ 3bed house Balham *couples welcome*

Hi everyone,

I am renting this very big and bright bedroom, available from 1st of March, in this amazing area of Balham.

The house is situated in a nice and quite street, 10 minutes walking to Balham underground station and Balham rail station (northern line). Lots of nice shops, restaurants, etc.

The house comes fully furnished including a washing machine and tumble drier, with an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen.

The house has a big garden with nice table for you to enjoy the long summer days.

The room is a very large double room which has a nice sofa, wardrobe, chest of draws and nice double bed. It cost £850 including all bills (council tax, electricity, internet and weekly cleaning for common area).

Couples are also welcome with an extra charge per month of £50.

You will be sharing with two professional British girls. They are very friendly and also like to keep the house clean and tight. One of them has a friendly cat that she keeps with her most of the time.
