We have a large double room to rent in a newly refurbished flat in Central Balham, only a few minutes walk from Balham station. There are loads of restaurants and bars nearby, along with supermarkets and Wandsworth and Clapham commons.
The room is a large double which comes with a double bed, bedside table and huge fitted wardrobes.
The flat has a large kitchen with dining table, a bathroom and additional separate toilet, a small living room and a large garden which is great for BBQs in the summer.
The rent is £750 per month, and we put £100 per month into a joint account to cover all bills (gas, electric, water, tv licence, sky broadband) but there is usually some left over from this which is shared out every few months or can be used to buy anything needed for the flat as agreed. The deposit is £1040 and there is a £50 admin fee to change the tenancy name.
