Good sized double bedroom available in a quiet family house in Balham.

The house is located on a quiet residential street, with the room facing the back garden. Plenty of natural light, laminate wood floors and decorated in neutral colours. The room has small double bed, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

We are located in the heart of Balham – five minutes walk from the station, with great links into Central London via the Northern line or Overground.

Please note that the room is in a family house (rather than a 'professional' house share) — so it would be living with myself and my son, who is 23. We are both pretty relaxed and quiet, mostly doing our own thing around the house, but also happy to chat or share an occasional dinner together.
