I have a spare room, suitable for someone looking for a short let, in a lovely homely and quiet flat, right in the heart of Balham. 2 minutes from the tube/ overground with all the great places Balham has to offer-coffee shops, bars, restaurants etc.. Also less than a 30 metre walk at the end of the road is a Co-Op which is super convenient as open late every night.

The bedroom available is a light double room and comes fully furnished. The room has a white wooden double bed with very comfortable Nectar mattress and quality mattress protector. There is a single wardrobe as well as freestanding storage chest and over door peg hanging space in the room as well as space for additional storage underneath the bed, so plenty of space for a short stay.

The flat is a fully furnished two bedroom property with a huge modern kitchen with all mod cons including a double refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, TV and dining area. The modern bathroom is shared and has a power shower and plenty of storage.

The rest of the flat includes a shared lounge with large sofa and television. There is fast fibre broadband throughout the flat.

I'm looking for a fellow professional who is respectful, as well as clean and tidy.
