Lovely Dbl Room Available in Balham

Hi there,

Our much-loved housemate is leaving us this month for new adventures so we are looking for his replacement whoever they may be.

We are a close and social flat, all from different parts of the world. We work hard, look after each other and have created a place where everyone can come back to and unwind, chat over a coffee or a beer, or equally have space to do their own thing.

We have a beautiful shared garden (perfect for BBQs!) filled with plants and an open kitchen that can be a good daytime workspace. We normally have music playing and candles burning throughout the shared areas and are an easy-going bunch looking to live with someone who shares that vibe.

The existing housemates are all creative professionals in our mid twenties-30's spanning film & TV, music journalism, dance and illustration. What we are looking for is a 5th addition who is like-minded, doesn't just stay in their room, and is respectful and chilled.

We also have a one eyed cat called Richard Parker (see pics!).

The room available is a bright and airy space you can do a lot with. It has big windows and gets lots of light all day. There is plenty of space for a desk so idea for anyone remote working.

Bills are roughly £60 a month. This includes Broadband and utilities.
