House is in a great area with Balham high street a short walk away and good transport links with 10 mins walk to Balham station and 5 mins walk to Wandsworth Common station. Social and friendly house with existing flatmates 2 girls in their late 20's. Rent £845 pcm including bills, broadband etc. One room available early December and the other in the new year.
