Large Double Room in top location

We have a large double room available in our spacious house in the southwest. We are 3 friendly, easy-going lads (2 Kiwis and a Brit) who enjoy a few casual beers and staying relatively active. We all get on well and enjoy watching some sport/hanging out together, but have other hobbies and social groups that keep us busy as well.

We are looking for a social, respectful and tidy person who thinks they could fit in nicely with us per what is described above.

A bit more about the house - we have a big lounge area to chill out, and also a garden which gets all day sun throughout summer. The kitchen and bathroom are on the smaller side but manageable.

Clapham South tube station, pubs, supermarkets and Clapham Common are all within a 5 minute walk, so the location is ideal!

Bills are £135 per month, which cover everything including virgin media with all the channels and a cleaner who comes every couple of weeks.
