- 2 minute walk to high street complete with gym, supermarkets etc
- 10 minute walk to Clapham Common

BILLS:
- Borough of Wandsworth has cheapest council tax, currently pay around £27 each per month
- Monthly bills amount to about £50-£60 each

I moved in with the current tenants in October last year and am very good friends with them now, so so lovely to live with and very welcoming. Potential for short or long term let 😊
