Double room in bright friendly Maisonette

Hello,

Unfortunately my lovely housemates have decided to move back home during this time :( so I am looking for 1 housemate to fill there room, having filled 1 room already to join a lovely 3 bedroom 2 floor Maisonette in Balham.

A little about the house...

Its a 3 bedroom privately owned Maisonette situated in Balham, 7 minute walk to Balham tube station and also 4 minute walk from Wandsworth Common station. The house has a larger shared living room with dining table and L shaped sofa, large separate kitchen, downstairs toilet and bathroom upstairs. There is plenty of storage here, which is unusual for London, and plenty of communal space.

Room is a bright double and comes furnished with storage. Room comes with a separate cupboard outside the room for storage as well as the wardrobe in the room and is £637 a month.

It’s always been a pretty relaxed household, like to keep it clean but don't worry not OCD. I’ve lived here a few years and the Landord is great, leaves us to ourselves but also will do anything straight away if needed. The house is bright, airy and considerably spacious. Also walking distance to Wandsworth common and Clapham Common for all those summer days :)

Bills come to around £40-50 a month.

A little about me...

Gemma, from Ireland, a professional works in HR, usually work in Putney but currently from home like all I’m sure. Never thought I’d say I miss the office. Haha. I enjoy the usual girly things such as, socialising, brunches, going for drinks- the odd cocktail or two after work, working out, eating out and watching trashy TV and Netflix.

Looking for someone who is pretty laid back, likes to hang out together in the evenings or on weekends but equally wants their own space too.
