Large double en suite room in Balham

We have a beautiful, bright and spacious double room available in our much-loved Balham home from 2 February. The house is in a fantastic location, just an 8-minute walk to Balham station, with supermarkets, commons, gyms and some excellent brunch spots right on our doorstep. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, a desk and a spacious en-suite bathroom.

The house has four bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, a separate homey living room, and a garden with both grass and decking that’s perfect for summer BBQs and bike storage. We’re also very lucky to have a great landlord who really looks after the house.

We’re a friendly, sociable group of professionals who genuinely get along and treat the house as a proper home. Life is fairly busy, but we love catching up over a glass of wine, cooking together or settling in for a cosy film night. We’re ideally looking for someone aged around 30 who’s clean, considerate and easy-going, and who’d enjoy being part of a warm, relaxed household.
