Double Room available in quirky Balham home

Hello prospective roomies

We have one double room available for a single occupant in our homely jungle hide away

THE HOUSE 🏡
Downstairs
-Good sized kitchen and dining area with all the gadgets you need
-Lovely lounge with two comfy sofas and a little cosy ‘love’ seat
-Toilet
-Storage room for bikes, suitcases etc

UPSTAIRS
-Decent sized bathroom with bath and (good) over shower
-3 double bedrooms

THE ROOM 🛏
⁃ Double bed
⁃ Walk in airing cupboard with clothes rail
⁃ Bed side table
⁃ Chest of draws

OUTSIDE
-Super cute garden with picnic table, bistro set, little veggie patch, fire pit, BBQ and bar
-private car park but you will need a permit (this is a process!!)

THE AREA 🏘
-Safe
- 10 minute walk from Balham tube and train station, Sainsbury’s and all the lovely other restaurants, shops and bars Balham has to offer.

We tend to stay pretty chill in the week and enjoy ourselves at the weekend. We are easy going, fun enthusiastic people that enjoy the simple things.

This is a very homely home and one in which we take pride in keeping clean and maintaining ourselves. (We’re currently repainting!) It is very important to us that we find a roomie that is respectable, tidy and willing to do their fair share around the house.
We really want a housemate who’s company we enjoy and who enjoys our company too.

If you like to lock yourself away in your room all the time this isn’t the house for you.

We are considering short term move-ins if you are in between places or just need a different option.

Why you need a new home
Are you capable of completing weekly cleaning tasks? (We have a rota)
How long you looking to stay for
When you would like to move in
