Ensuite Huge Bedroom in Balham!

We have a very large ensuite double bedroom in our shared house in Balham. Work is being dong to the bedroom and this should be available in early July. Ideally we are looking for another girl to take the room, to keep the natural balance. And someone who wants to be part of a proper house share. They are a lovely bunch of people.

The house is in the heart of Balham with a 5 minute walk to both the underground and train stations.

This place is a tardis - A huge kitchen, dining room plus working area and a cosy snug where you can laze around watching TV, gaming or just chilling.

Plus a huge sunny 30ft garden and at the front, it's on a gorgeous street, so you’ve got privacy and great neighbours too, away from the hustle and bustle of the high street.

We provide REALLY comfortable mattresses on doubles beds, wardrobes, desks, chest of drawers and lamps for all rooms. :) You just need to bring a good quality mattress protector.

Balham is tucked between buzzy Clapham and cool Tooting, it is something of a south London hotspot. With it’s trendy local community feel, SW12 offers a wide variety of restaurants, some cool cocktail bars and plenty of characterful pubs. It’s got it’s age-old market and is surrounded by an enviable selection of coffee shops, delis and brunch spots. Perfect for working professionals.
