We are looking for new tenants for our beautiful first floor flat in a Victorian conversion in central Balham.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate living room and kitchen. The flat has been decorated and maintained to a high standard, and also has a shared garden. The flat also has a huge amount of storage, which is a good bonus.

The house is on a quiet residential road next to Tooting Common, but is an approx. 7 min walk to Balham tube and rail station.

Balham is a brilliant place to live with loads of shops (Sainsburys, Co-op, Waitrose, Aldi), cafes, pubs and restaurants.

The property is managed by Marsh & Parsons estate agents, who will take over the referencing, contract and deposit process.

We're looking for occupants to replace us in our contract, which runs until May 2022 (if you wish to move earlier though, you can replace yourselves as we are doing). The rent is non-negotiable as it is already set in the contract.

Move in date is very flexible. Fees would just be £50 per tenant for referencing.
