Large bedroom in lovely Balham share home

We have a large bedroom available. The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and book shelf.

You will be living with two great guys! Both professionals in their late twenties.

As a household we enjoy having dinner together around the TV and often head to the pub together, of which there are many to choose from in this area. We are hoping to find people who will get along with us socially!

This place is situated in a great spot, it’s a 10 minute walk to balham station + the main street. There are many restaurants/bars/pubs and we’re a five minute walk from tooting common.

The common areas in the house include a large living room and large kitchen/dining area. It also has a really big outdoor space which we utilised a lot during lockdown and throughout the warmer months in years before.

Bills are not included and are approx £100/month. This includes wifi, electricity, gas, water and council tax.

We’d like to have viewings of an evening ASAP and look forward to meeting the right person/people :)
