Lovely room available in friendly houseshare

Hello there:)

We are looking for one new housemate for our lovely houseshare in Balham! The room is at the top of the house with a nice view to the back garden.

The house is close to the tube (2 min walk from Balham underground and overground station), on a quiet street, close to Wandsworth Common and several other parks, all main shops on the Balham High Street, to pubs, cafes, bistros, supermarkets etc and even a leisure centre 10 minutes walk, 2 mins by bike.

It's a spacious house, with a lovely garden, super comfortable front room with tv etc and comfy sofa set, lovely pictures, and a striking well-equipped, kitchen-diner

Sharing with three tidy young, professional women (late 20s-30s). They all like doing their own things so no one is being bugged (with shared rota on common cleaning etc )

Rent is pretty competitive as all bills are included (will need to revise annually in autumn as all bills are rising from April ). So all tv, water, electrics, gas, rates bills all covered ) shared wifi and a small buy-in to shared insurance needed, plus small house kitty for essentials (about £10 pcm). It has a new boiler, all mod cons, dishwasher, decent shared bathroom, additional toilet. Deposit of £250, and rent at the start of each month (please). Room vacant from March.

We are keen to find someone in settled work, with positive references, to fit in with the household, share the cleaning, etc, respect other lodgers in a quiet household. Most of all, to love and enjoy the house ! It's my lovely house and I still love it, and want you to enjoy it - and love it too ! (Female housemates preferred by other current housemates).
