The location is great with local amenties only a short walk away; groceries, shops, cafes, park ect. Tooting Bec and Balham high street are only a stones thow away!
Currently a house of 2 males and 1 female in their mid-20s. We are working professionals who get on really well and regularly socialise together with regular trips to the local and watching sports.
Rent: £650 pm
Bills are approx: £100 (including BT internet & TV)
