My partner and I are looking for new tenants to take over our tenancy as we are looking to move due to work.

This is an extremely spacious two bed ground floor flat featuring one large bedroom, a slightly smaller bedroom which can double up as an office space, a kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer etc, bathroom with a shower and bath and a very large living room with bay windows.

The flat also benefits from a large communal garden where you can store bikes etc.

The flat comes with one double bed but can negotiate over leaving other furniture at a price, such as the corner sofa.

Location:
The flat is about 10-12 minutes walk from Balham station and underground, as well as all the cafes/shops on the Balham high road. Nearest supermarket is the Balham Sainsbury's which is right next to the station. The flat is also literally next door to Tooting Bec Common.

Details:
You will be taking over a tenancy contract that runs until 24 July 2021. Tenants will need to go through referencing with Foxtons and we will pay the admin fee for changing names on the contract.

Ideally we would want 3-4 weeks after new tenants have been found to relocate, but we can be flexible on moving dates.

Bills and council tax come to approximately £90 a month - the flat is in the borough of Wandsworth which is one of the cheapest council tax areas in London.
