We are advertising on behalf of our private landlord as due to personal reasons we are all moving on.

This is a big 5 bed property with 3 bathrooms right outside Balham station...and the pub!

The 5 rooms do vary in size, with some being en suite over 3 levels. This house comes with a rare back garden which has recently been redone. The kitchen along with the other shared living areas are spacious enough for 5 people. If you are currently working from home we set up the dining room as the office, the kitchen table also has space and some bedrooms come with a desk so ample room!

We are aiming to conduct viewings 6pm onwards in the evenings and on Sundays midday onwards.
