Large double in Balham house share

Double room in sociable house with lots of storage. The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and two chest of drawers. There is also space for a desk if you need one! The house benefits from a spacious kitchen and living room, perfect for working or hanging out in the evening! There is also a garden and lots of outdoor space (a rarity in London!).

We are a few minutes away from Tooting Bec Common and a 10 minute walk from Balham station (Northern Line), there is also a range of bus services into central. Balham is a great place to live, with a range of supermarkets (Aldi, Sainsburys, Waitrose etc.) as well as lots of really lovely restaurants and coffee shops.

This is a great house but due to the current situation, I am looking to move home! You will be living with one young professional (30) and one person yet to be determined (Our housemate moved in with her boyfriend pre-lockdown).
