This flat is a 3 minute walk to Balham tube station, 1 minute walk from a large Waitrose and 1 min walk from Balham High Street.

The room itself has three Velux windows and a carpet which means it is very well insulated. The room is large, and comes with pretty much everything you see in the pictures, including the desk and cabinet.

Current Flatmates: Sarah who is from Scotland and is 25 and full of life! She likes keeping fit (crossfit) and socialising in the evenings with a glass of white watching Netflix. The other girl, Neha, 28, who works in a real estate agent, also enjoys wine, chats and having a laugh. Both girls their own group of social friends outside of the flat too. Sarah and Neha will be having a say on who takes the room also, so the person who takes the room will have to impress them too! 😊

Bills are about £80 a month and include water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV package incl wifi and a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.
