Massive double room available in a cozy 3 bed property. The house is located in Balham and it's around a 10 mins walk from the stations of South Clapham (zone 2) and Balham (zone 3 + southwestern train). Near Balham station you can find a big Sainsburys, Aldi, pubs, the Tooting common park and other amenitites. There is also a bus stop in front of the house, taking you straight to Balham center in a few minutes.

The room is originally the living room of the house, furnished with a double bed, a drawer chest, 2 couches and small table, while the window sees a small garden.

The house has a big rear garden where we often have barbecues, a small living room (with a keyboard and a guitar in case that you play), broadband, Netflix, Prime TV and a range of sports channels.

Currently there's 2 tenants living here 2 years already, 26 and 30 years old both Greeks and been living in London for many years.

We are looking for a friendly and easy going housemate that enjoys socialising and we are happy for you to be inviting friends over.
