Double room in friendly flat by the common

Hi,

We're looking for someone friendly and sociable to take my double room available in our three bedroom flat. I'm flexible on when I can move, preferably anytime from early November-mid December.

The room is lovely and light with a desk and decent floor space. There's a shared living room off the kitchen and a spare room which is currently used as an office/clothes drying room. The flat is on the first/top floor of a terrace house on a lovely street with the top of Tooting common a minutes walk away at the end of the road.

10 min walk to Balham station
15 min walk to Streatham Hill

Rent: £612.20
Bills: Between £60-75 ish depending on the month and when water is paid.
