Hi there,
I have to leave my lovely double bedroom in Balham in December unfortunately - the room is available from Friday the 18th.
The room is quite large with plenty of light flooding in and your window facing the communal back garden. Fully furnished with a double bed, desk, desk chair, large wardrobe and a bedside chest of drawers.
The sitting room has two small sofas, an area to place a large TV and a dining table.
The apartment is on Balham New Road SW12 9PH and location-wise it is perfect. You will be a 5 - 10 minute walk from both Balham and Clapham South stations. The road and neighbours are both very quiet.
There is an additional, external storage area downstairs should you need to stow away any large items like exercise bikes etc. The communal back garden is ideal for barbecues during the summer.
The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, oven and hob, kettle, microwave etc. and the bathroom is fitted with an electric shower.
The current flatmate is quite tidy, laid-back and likes a good chat.
