Double bedroom in Balham. Lovely flat near common

After living in this lovely Balham flat for 4 years, I am leaving to move in with my boyfriend at the end of the year.

My room is a furnished double bedroom, including closet space, with a south facing view to the garden. The room is quiet as it does not adjoin to neighbouring flats.
The flat has a spacious living/dining room. We've invested in the living room and it's nicely furnished with plenty of seating space, good quality furniture and space for working.
The separate kitchen is well stocked and has good storage space, so great if you like to cook.
There is a toilet and separate bathroom with bath/shower. All windows are double glazed. There are a couple of large storage cupboards in the flat, and an outdoor secure storage space, which is great for bikes.
The flat is in a safe area and there is a code access security gate to enter the property.
We have a very large garden, which is shared with three other flats. It's a great outdoor space, especially in summer, where we make good use of the barbecue.

The flat itself is in a lovely, quiet, family area, near to a school which has a Farmer's Market in the playground on Saturday mornings. It's a great location for young professionals and is just over a 5 minute walk from Tooting Bec Common.

You will be living with a young professional couple, one I've lived with for four years, and the other for a year, who have the other bedrooms in the flat. It's a social and chilled atmosphere, where we watch films/tv together, but we're respectful of people's own space.

We have a great, flexible landlord, who deals with any issues quickly and is very accommodating to requests.

The room is very reasonably priced for the area, at £600 a month. Bills (council tax, gas/electricity, internet and water bills) come to approx. £85-90 per month.

In terms of viewings, I am very happy to do in person viewings, but can send videos of the flat if you prefer.

The room will be available from early January, but I can be a bit flexible if you need the room slightly earlier/later.
