We are looking for a professional FEMALE aged 28-35yrs to fill one double room in this amazing flat. We’re a 6 min walk from Balham Underground/Train station and Balham high street where there are lots of nice pubs and restaurants! There is cheap permit parking right outside the flat and is free at weekends.

THE ROOM & FLAT:
The room is a spacious double, with space for a desk to work at and is available from the 28th May 2024 (No Earlier, sorry). Comes with 1x wardrobe, 1x chest of drawers, 1x double bed. The flat has 4 bedrooms in total, a big living room which has a working gas fire, a separate kitchen which includes a dishwasher, and a good-sized bathroom that has a big shower. There is a communal garden out the back which is great in the summers for BBQ's.

RENT:
Rent is £871.70 a month with bills included.

Full transparency - the rent has gone up year on year however, we split the increase by percentages relating to the sizes of the rooms as some are bigger than others.

We deal directly with the landlord so no agency fees! Deposit is £625.

ABOUT US:
We're two guys and a girl aged between 32-35. We’re all working professionals with a rough 9-5 working week. All hybrid working and when at home, we work in our rooms as every bedroom has space for a desk. We're all very sociable and easy going: All into sports - watching and playing various sports throughout the week. When we're in, we'll chill out together in the sitting room and watch a series/film and occasionally go to the pub together etc. but we also have independent social lives too. We're looking for someone who is like-minded, clean, sociable, easy going and laid back to join us.
