Double bedroom in Balham

Hey everyone! I'm looking for a flatmate in Balham. The room available is a double bedroom, spacious and bright situated in a lovely neighbourhood. You'd also have the pleasure of overlooking and making full use of a beautiful garden, which will definitely come in handy in the spring and summer!

As far as connectivity is concerned, the flat is within a 5-10 minute walk from Balham Station, on Northern Line and Southern Rail. Also Balham is a great place for bars and restaurants, from your usual fast food joints to more exotic types of cuisine, like Nepalese, Mexican and Sri Lankan, for example, for all the foodies out there.

If I could describe myself in three words I'd say empathetic, calm and driven. Music is my first love, but I also love history, literature, movies, art, politics, and football. I'm currently completing my MA at King's College London and working two jobs part-time on the side, at a think tank and in hospitality.
I like to keep things tidy and clean, and would like to live with someone who is similar in that regard. All people are unique, which is great, so I'm just looking for someone who is a good, considerate person to live with.
