New room available! In a girls flat.

A fully furnished King bedroom is available for rent from 3rd September in a modern Victorian, split level flat between Balham (8 minutes walk) and Wandsworth Common (6 minutes walk). It’s a nice, quiet area with lots of great restaurants nearby and Wandsworth Common park.

The double bedroom is bright with a garden view, a triple wardrobe with shelves and drawers and hanging space, and a King size bed with high quality mattress and drawers underneath. With bedside tables. The mirror and chest of drawers is included and can be moved behind the door to fit a desk by the window.

The flat is split across 3 floors, 2.5 bathrooms, has its own front door and a small balcony.

The housemates: two friendly girls (aged 30 and 36 in the profile photo) one of whom is the homeowner who takes pride in making it feel homely. We keep it in nice, clean and tidy condition. One is in publishing and one is in the civil service. We enjoy nice food, chilled nights in, cocktails, and some exercise. We are fairly busy seeing friends. We work from home 2-3 days/week. We’re ideally seeking another girl to join us, someone clean, tidy, considerate, social and friendly. We’ve had a mix of friends and spare room housemates before who have all stayed for 1-3 years. The bedroom photos include how it looks when empty and with previous people’s items in it.

Bills would be added on top around £115/month currently including a basic Sky subscription, subject to supplier increases and heating in winter. We’re in Lambeth council tax area (cheap!).
