Great double room in friendly house BALHAM

Looking for a social individual (Preferably Male to keep the balance) who likes the southwest for a double bedroom that includes a large bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe and a desk.

The flat comes with an open-plan kitchen including a new oven, a large fridge, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a microwave. We have a nice and bright communal area with a TV and a small balcony. There are also 2 bathrooms, each includes a shower.

The flat is on the 3rd floor with a lift in a secured building. It's a ten minute walk from Balham train and tube station, Tooting Bec Common, and everything you could want (Waitrose, Sainsburys, Aldi, Lidl, Gail's, Boots, TKMaxx, Gym, pubs, etc.)

We are a sociable bunch (1 English guy, a French girl and a South African girl) and gather each Monday evening for a flat meal; it's always a fun evening and a good chance to hang out. We sometimes enjoy doing yoga together or watching Netflix.

Bills usually come to £50-£70 per month.
