We use the bills account app “Octopus”, who effectively manage our bills for us, easy! We all pay £125 per month to this account to cover; gas, water, electricity WiFi, a cleaner and council tax.
We have Sky, Netflix and Amazon Prime on the tv, so we are never without something to watch.
The room is available from the 12th June, though we can be slightly flexible on the move in dates (+/- a few days). We will be holding week day evening viewings from now on.
**Wills room might also be coming available soon, so there could be an opportunity to move in with a friend.***
✍️ Contract- We have signed up to a 2 year fixed contract as of 6th May 2024 until 6th May 2026. The house rent of £3150 pcm is then split amongst everyone in proportion to the room you have.
