I’m leaving this lovely two bedroom ground floor flat in Balham for my own place after several years happily living here.

I’m looking for a female flatmate to replace me. You’ll share with one existing flatmate and you would have the room you can see in the video. (The cat you can see there is leaving with me!)

The room is warm and cosy with a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table and storage space. There’s room for a desk if you’re working from home.

There’s a large kitchen with heaps of room to have friends over and a separate big lounge/front room. There’s also a large garden at the back, shared with the upstairs flat, with loads of room for socialising outdoors. There’s a bike shed as well to store your bike.

Balham has loads of great restaurants and cafes. The flat is 2 minutes walk from Tooting Common and Clapham Common is nearby. It’s 10-15 min walk to either Balham or Streatham Hill stations, and nearby to Clapham and Brixton.

Balham Station has the Northern Line and a rail station as well so it’s great for commuting into central or the City, only 20 mins on the tube to Bank.

You’ll be sharing with a female flatmate, clean and tidy, and interested in food, cooking, TV, Netflix, and bike rides. She is currently working from home 4 out of 5 days a week.

You’ll love it here if you want a quiet calm atmosphere near parks and restaurants.

Our landlord is lovely and there are no agencies involved.

The room is available to move in from 28 September. One month’s deposit and one month rent in advance to move in.
