We have 2 rooms going in our house- these will be available in September dates are negotiable. These are both large double rooms that share a bathroom.

The kitchen is large and airy and has a sunroom attached. The lounge room is also large with space for a desk. The backyard is excellent boasting its own apple trees! The place is a 10 minute walk from the station and tube.

Rent is 835 per room per month including bills. Both rooms are furnished.

You will be living with 2 boys who have been in the house for 2+ years. The boys love cooking, beers and chilling. Looking for fellow professionals. You will love this house!
