2 Bed flat in Balham Hill, located inbetween Clapham South and Balham Tube Stations easy walking distance to both, local bars, shops and restaurants near by.

About Me:

I’ve recently had an offer accepted and need a buddy-up to join me on the contract. I’m a working professional currently office based working core hours, so the weekday evenings are pretty chilled with the weekends “anything can happen days”.

Looking for:

Someone respectful most of all. We’re all a bit untidy or unsociable at times, but you need to be considerate of who you live with. Someone who likes a meal or a film in the evening, but can also cope with their own alone time would be great. A foodie or a film fan is a must!

Monday-Friday, Short Lets considered.

Rent & Bills:

£931 is currently half the rent, we can be negotiate this depending on who has the bigger or smaller room, happy to talk around the £600-£850 mark. Deposit £900 is also currently half the required deposit, but can also be negotiable depending on length of stay.

Bills, should be around £75-£100 per month (estimate!), obviously depending on usage of utilities.

Viewings, would also have to be facilitated by the estate agent with prior agreement.
