My sister and I own the top floor flat and have lived in the flat together for 6 years.
The flat is spacious and been very well cared for with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large kitchen & living room and a communal garden.
The flat is fully furnished to a high standard.
The location is perfect - a few minutes from Balham and Wandsworth Common. Balham has many bars and restaurants and Wandsworth Common has a huge green park area so there is something to suit everyone.
Bills are not included in the price. Council tax is under Wandsworth council and is one of the cheapest in the country. Electricity and gas costs are low due to being on the top floor.
We are looking to rent out the whole property not individual rooms.
