Just the 2 of us in the 2-bed Flat!

I have a clean and comfortable single room in a 2-bed flat that has been renovated throughout including the kitchen and bathroom.

Your room comes with an in-built 1.5 meter wardrobe with a floor length mirror on both doors. This means the floor space is not taken by a wardrobe. The bed is a queen bed (more comfy than a single).
The room is bigger than a box room for clarity the room dimensions are 2.10m x 3.30m.

*Bills are INCLUDED i. e. fast wifi, water, gas, electricity.

I am looking for a clean and tidy roommate who doesn't need to work from home 5 days a week (because I work in the dining /living room space during the week).

Balham station (northern line) is a 5-minute walk and you can get to all the shops and the high street in about the same time. Balham is a great area and the bars restaurants, gym, swimming pool, park are all within 5 to 10 minutes walk from the flat.

I am a live-in landlord looking for an easy going, clean, tidy and organised flatmate. Female preferred as other flatmate is female.
