5 month rental in a beautiful property

Hey, my previous housemate has moved back to the states and I’m loooking for someone to take her room for the remainder of the rental period which is due to expire at the end of Feb. There will be the possibility to extend beyond this time period with the landlord.

The flat is a beautiful two bed, fully furnished property right next to Balham tube and train station. It is in a super convenient location and right above Gails - what more could you ask for. You’d be sharing with myself. At the moment i wfh every day but will be in the office twice a week when it opens again!
