Double rooms in a friendly house share

Update: we've had a lot of interest so sorry if we don't reply to you straight away, bear with us!

We’ve got a lovely double room available in a friendly and sociable house!

The Room:
The room is downstairs and comes furnished with a wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers (1 large, 1 small), and a double bed.

The House:
It’s a big, 4 bedroom house with a large open-plan living room/dining area - currently the dining table is a handy work-from-home desk space.
There’s one downstairs toilet, and an upstairs bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet.
We also have an open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar, and a beautiful, grassy garden complete with a big shed and table & chairs.
The bills aren’t included in the rent, and can vary slightly each month - depending on if the water bill or tv license needs renewing. But they average out to between £60-70 a month each.

The Housemates:
We’re an easy-going, friendly group of gals, and often settle down to watch TV or films in the evenings together, or hit the local pub to thrash the competition on a quiz night. It’s also been known on rare occasions for us to do a Joe Wicks workout together…
Equally if we need time to chill in our own spaces that’s totally fine!

Our New Housemate:
We’d love for someone join us who is looking to live somewhere that’s more of a home, and up for hanging out together. We welcome LGBTQ folks, and it’s worth mentioning that although we’ve put women are our preferred applicants, we also warmly welcome non-binary folks to get in touch!
We’d also prefer it if our new housemate has had both covid jabs (unless of course there are medical exemptions).

COVID-Safe Viewings:
We’re able to do virtual viewings if you need to, but if you are viewing in person, we would appreciate it if you could wear a mask and do a rapid test before coming over. Stay safe!
