3 rooms available in lovely Balham house

I am looking for 3 new housemates in a lovely 4 bed house in Balham, close to the station and the high street. I am 26 looking for fun, friendly housemates (girls) to replace my friends who are moving on to new things.

The 3 rooms: (all available)

Large double bedroom (downstairs) - £737.50 pcm. This can be furnished or unfurnished. The current housemate can sell her furniture.

Large double bedroom (upstairs) - £737.50 pcm. This includes a built in wardrobe. This can be furnished or unfurnished. The current housemate can sell her furniture.

Smaller double bedroom (upstairs) - £687.50
Includes a built in wardrobe. This can be furnished or unfurnished. The current housemate can sell her furniture. The current housemate uses the living room as her office space when working from home which the new housemate is more than welcome to use and put a desk in.

All are a great size which you can make your own!

Bills come to approx £110 per month and that includes house stuff like toilet roll and cleaning products etc.

There should be a £50 charge for a name change in the contract (we are just confirming this and awaiting a response from the estate agents)

The deposit for each room is: £837

The house also has a large living room, kitchen and garden (great for the summer), downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom.

Ideally I am looking for housemates who are a similar age, fun, likes going out and socialising and will enjoy mixing with everyone in the house. Without being boring, also looking for clean and tidy too housemates too.

The let is until the end of 31st Jan 2023 (it is via estate agents KFH). For any problems or if anything needs fixing we go direct to the landlord and he is great at sorting things out asap.
