SUBLET from 24/03 flat w/ garden (bills incl)

I am currently subletting the second room in this gorgeous ground flat property. It would need to be from 24th March for up to 5 months (there’s some flexibility with the end date).

The flat
There is a great garden, BBQ (if the weather allows us to use it…), a big living room, kitchen, toilet and bathroom (two separate rooms).
It is very spacious and the lighting is great. The property is in a very quiet area in Balham.

I’m also happy to sublease it for weeks rather than the whole month. Happy to accept couples.

As summary:

- ⁠deposit: £500
- ⁠bills included (council tax, internet and reasonable use of gas, water, electricity)
- ⁠cleaner included (every 3 weeks).
- ⁠duvet, pillow, towels and bed linen available if needed.

Location

It is 5 minutes walk to Balham station, where you can get the train to Victoria very regularly or the northern line. There is a Sainsbury’s and Aldi 7 min walk and also a lot of really good restaurants in Balham. You can also walk to Clapham South in 20-25 minutes.

I am a secondary school teacher. I get up quite early in the morning and I am barely home until late. I like to go out, go for walks, have nice wine, have friends for dinner every now and then and chill watching tv in the evenings.
