We have a double room available for rent in a homely 3 bed flat share in Balham.
You'll be sharing with Jonny (37, production manager) and Jasper (27, journalist), both friendly young professionals, independent but equally up for a drink every now and again.
We're 9 mins walk from the station (both overground and underground) and about the same from Tooting Common. Plenty of shops and pubs in the area and the common is just around the corner.
We have a garden (with shed), 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen area, and a monthly cleaner.
The room is in the middle of the flat furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe included. It measures approx 11x12ft.
The rent is £835 but we currently each pay £950/month into a joint account, which covers rent/bills/cleaner/etc with a bit left over.
The room is available from the 12th October, and available for viewings the weekend of 15th September onwards.
